Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before subscribing to any AmatrixAI plan. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

01 General Policy

All payments made for AmatrixAI software subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

โš ๏ธ Once a subscription fee is processed, it is considered final. We encourage all users to evaluate the platform thoroughly before committing to a paid plan.

This policy applies to all subscription tiers โ€” Starter, Professional, and Enterprise โ€” unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

02 Eligible Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances. The following cases may qualify for review:

  • Duplicate Payment โ€” You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a system or processing error.
  • Technical Error During Payment โ€” A verifiable technical failure occurred at the time of payment that resulted in an incorrect or unintended charge.

โœ… All refund requests outside of these two categories will not be eligible for consideration, regardless of usage or circumstances.

03 Requesting a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies under one of the eligible exception categories, you must submit your refund request within 3 days of the original payment date.

  • Include your registered email address, payment date, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue
  • Attach any supporting evidence (e.g., payment receipts, screenshots of the error)

โš ๏ธ Requests submitted after 3 days of payment will not be considered under any circumstances.

04 Review Process

AmatrixAI reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion. Upon receiving your request, our team will:

  • Review the submitted information and supporting documents
  • Verify the claim against our payment records
  • Respond to your request within 5โ€“7 business days

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

AmatrixAI's decision on all refund matters is final and binding.
